VFC Rise Financial Services
MSME godown — the enterprise VFC Rise is built for

About Us

Built around the enterprise, not the salary slip

VFC Rise Financial Services is an MSME finance desk and DSA facilitator. Factories, traders, professional firms and shop-owners should not have to translate their GST and Udyam into a personal-loan form. We map end-use, documents and lender fit — sanction, rate and disbursal stay with the bank / NBFC.

Who we are

An MSME-only finance desk

VFC Rise exists because Indian small businesses borrow against enterprise objects — stock, plant, invoices, shop title — not against a salary slip. We are a private private limited company that sits between the unit and the lender: mapping product to end-use, listing documents in lender order, and coordinating login and queries.

We are not a bank, NBFC or HFC. We do not take deposits, print sanction letters, or promise “100% approval”. When credit happens, it happens in the lender’s name — always.

VFC Rise Financial Services is a DSA / loan facilitator. We do not lend money. Sanction, rate and disbursal are solely at the partner bank / NBFC.

Leadership

People behind this desk

VFC Rise Financial Services is led by Ashutosh Bhatnagar with Ankit Bhatnagar and Ritin Bhatnagar. File quality and fair practice sit with this team — sanction still stays with the partner lender.

Why MSME only

The right object on the right facility

A working-capital gap is not a home loan. A CNC is not cash credit. A promoter house is not LAP. Indian MSMEs live on Udyam, GSTIN, stock statements and title chains. We keep those objects on the right facility so the lender sees a coherent file — and you are not sold a generic EMI.

  • Udyam-first

The enterprise needs an identity before a scheme or CGTMSE-style conversation even starts. Udyam does not replace GST or ITR — it labels the unit.

  • GST versus banking

Credit will reconcile turnover with the current account. We say that before lender login, not after a surprise query in week three.

  • Make, trade, serve

Manufacturing, distribution, services and kirana each get a different mix of WC, term and LAP. One confused application helps nobody.

Our approach

End-use first. Then the facility. Then the papers.

MSME credit fails when stock, machinery and a house are stuffed into one EMI story. Our approach is to name the object — inventory, plant, title, invoice, truck — and only then pick WC, term or LAP.

  1. Step 1

    Purpose in one sentence

Name the object — Diwali stock, CNC quotation, second shed, shop registry. Muddy purpose means a muddy file. We pause rather than force GST OD, term or LAP.

  2. Step 2

    Match the cycle

30–120 day cash needs on WC / CC / OD. Multi-year assets on machinery, CV or term. Property-backed tickets on LAP — never a disguised home loan.

  3. Step 3

    Prove it like lenders do

Udyam labels the unit. GST must match banking. ITR, stock/debtors, title or quotation follow. Same order as our documents checklist.

  4. Step 4

    The lender decides

We map, compile and route. Sanction, rate and disbursal stay with the bank or NBFC. If the answer is no, we explain the gap — we do not invent a guarantee.

MSME focus

Micro, small, medium — the whole market

This desk is not a side-door on a retail home-loan website. Classification follows current Udyam bands. Underwriting still follows cash flow. The point is that language, documents and products stay inside enterprise credit.

  • Manufacturing job-work, OEM supply and processing units
  • Wholesale, distribution and industrial trade
  • Clinics, contractors, logistics and professional firms
  • Kirana, showrooms and neighbourhood retail
  • Women-led and first-generation micro enterprises

What we do

Facilitate — never sanction

We will

  • Map end-use to WC, term, LAP or scheme
  • Compile GST, Udyam, banking and KYC in order
  • Route verified files to partner lenders
  • Track status, queries and coordination
  • Say when a case is a poor fit

We will not

  • Lend money or hold deposits
  • Guarantee sanction, rate or disbursal date
  • Override a lender's credit decision
  • Collect cash for “file pushing”
  • Harvest original KYC on this website

Partners

An MSME file is never a one-desk island

Credit for a small enterprise sits between the unit, its accountant, a lender, and sometimes a valuer. Partners here means that circle — not a logo wall of fake tie-ups.

Banks & NBFCs

Term loans, cash credit, CGTMSE-style structures and MSME packages. Fit depends on the file — not a marketing “preferred lender”.

Housing finance companies

Some LAP and commercial-property files sit with HFCs that read GST and ITR, not only salaried Form 16.

CAs, CSs & valuers

GST vs banking, computation and title/technical reports are where files stall. We work with the MSME’s existing professionals.

Governance

Written standards, not banner promises

Fair practice starts with refusing to mis-sell MSME credit. We keep licence hygiene in manufacturing files, never oversell to households, and treat enquiry data as for response — not sale. Grievances get a named path.
