Term & expansion
Finance trucks, LCVs, pickups and business vehicles used in the MSME, not family cars as a pretext.
Asset finance for commercial vehicles used in the business — tipper, tempo, reefer or LCV. Quotation, route economics and EMI fit matter.
Overview
A commercial vehicle is a productive asset if it runs on a route, a contract or distribution. Lenders look at existing fleet, operator experience, and whether the EMI is paid from freight or from some other business.
This is not a private-car loan. If the vehicle is for promoter personal use, that is a different product. Mixing the story hurts both files.
What this facility offers
- New CV widely financed; used CV with age and fitness conditions
- Tenure matched to vehicle life
- Dealer / OEM quotation based
First-time owner risk is real
No route, no contract, no existing fleet — margin goes up and some lenders drop off. We do not oversell a first truck as a sure EMI from ‘the market’.
Used CV and body builders
Age, fitness, hypothecation trail. Body-building on a chassis is a separate invoice conversation. Permit states matter for goods carriages.
The EMI is supposed to come from the beat
A contract copy, a route you already run, or an existing fleet’s banking is the repayment story. ‘The market will give loads’ is not a story we will type on a credit note. First-time owners pay more margin for that reason.
Diesel and tyres are WC, not a reason to fatten the CV EMI. Insurance, hypothecation endorsement and RTO are operational — we list them so disbursal is not a second project.
Unlike machinery, the asset moves and depreciates on kilometres. Unlike WC, you cannot reload the same vehicle as drawing power. Unlike a private car loan, usage must be commercial — mixing the story hurts both files.

Typical desk timeline: 1–3 weeks with dealer coordination
- 1
Login and share your brief
Create your MSME desk account or log in. Tell us city, Udyam band, turnover range and the purpose of funds in one clear sentence. Consent is recorded before any lender share.
- 2
Vehicle, use and margin
New vs used, fleet vs first truck, contract or route income. LTV and tenure follow asset type and borrower strength.
- 3
Document checklist and vault upload
Promoter KYC, Udyam, GST, banking and purpose papers are listed product-wise. You upload once to the vault; we tell you what is missing before the file goes to credit.
- 4
Lender login and credit processing
The file moves to a partner bank, NBFC or HFC that matches your profile. Queries on GST vs banking, end-use or security are coordinated with you — we do not promise sanction from this website.
- 5
Sanction letter and agreement
If approved, you receive the lender’s sanction with rate, tenure, security and covenants in writing. Read processing, insurance and prepayment clauses before signing — they vary by institution.
- 6
Dealer disbursal and hypothecation
Payment often goes to dealer or seller. RC hypothecation and insurance assignment are completed as per lender checklist.

Commercial vehicle — not a family-car FAQ
Can a first-time owner get a truck loan?+–
Possible with stronger margin, a contract, or co-applicant strength. First-time risk is real; we do not oversell it.
Machinery and WC are different assets
Figures are indicative. Not an offer. Sanction, rate and security rest with the bank, NBFC or HFC. Scheme names are not a website promise.
