Print or download the Udyam PDF from udyamregistration.gov.in. VFC Rise does not issue or re-issue certificates.

An Udyam Registration Certificate is issued by the Government of India through the official Udyam portal. You download the PDF from that site after the registration is complete — using the print or download path the live portal shows. VFC Rise does not issue, re-issue, stamp or email government certificates. We are a private DSA / MSME finance desk. On a loan file we ask you to share the official PDF so PAN, GST, constitution and the enterprise name agree. A screenshot from a consultant folder is how queries start. The certificate is identity. It is not a sanction.
The certificate is a government document
The PDF carries an Udyam Registration Number, enterprise name, organisation type, branch or unit details as filed, and the micro / small / medium band generated from the notified rules. It is not VFC Rise letterhead and it is not a bank sanction letter. Anyone offering a “laminated MSME certificate” for a fee is selling stationery. The only authoritative file is the one the portal generates.
Download from the official portal
Open https://udyamregistration.gov.in/. Use Print / Verify or the equivalent menu the site shows this week. Enter the URN or follow the login / OTP path for the person who registered. Download or print to PDF and store the file with the rest of your KYC. If status is not yet registered, you cannot invent a certificate — check status on the same portal and finish what the government screen asks.

What to check on the PDF before you share it
Read the legal name against PAN. Read organisation type against the deed or COI. Read the address against GST and the shop or shed you will show a lender. Read the activity so it is not still “trading” after you became a job-work unit. If any of that is stale, update on the official portal before you send the PDF. A beautiful certificate with the wrong constitution is a week of queries.
When you need it on a loan file
Most MSME-oriented and guarantee-style conversations want the official PDF on page one, next to KYC. We use it as a label: band, activity, name. We then read GST, banking and purpose. Benefits of registration — identity, scheme doors, priority-sector framing — sit in the certificate only as eligibility language. They do not become a rate or a sanction on this desk.
We do not issue or re-issue certificates
If the download fails, the URN is lost, or a partner left the firm, the fix is on udyamregistration.gov.in or the ministry help channels. VFC Rise will not generate a replacement, watermark a photocopy, or charge to “get your MSME certificate”. When you have the live PDF, we can map a finance conversation. Until then, finish the government step yourself.

- Credit prefers a readable official PDF with URN, name, constitution and band intact. A WhatsApp JPEG or laminated consultant print is a common first query. Download the PDF from the portal.
- What if the PDF name does not match my GST?
- Update Udyam on the official portal when constitution, address or activity changed. Do not ask this desk to edit a government PDF. Mismatch is a loan-file problem until the portal record is current.
- Is there a fee to download the MSME certificate?
