Cash Credit (CC)

  • Established operating cycle with stock and/or receivables
  • GST-registered MSME in most cases
  • Ability to submit periodic stock statements
  • Satisfactory current-account conduct

Business Overdraft (OD)

  • Active current account and business vintage as per lender
  • Income / GST to support the limit
  • Security if the product is secured OD

Invoice / Bill Discounting

  • B2B sales with traceable invoices
  • Acceptable buyer portfolio
  • GST and banking that match invoice trails

GST Overdraft / GST Loan

  • Active GSTIN with regular returns (typically 12+ months preferred)
  • Banking that can be reconciled with GST sales
  • MSME / self-employed profile with workable bureau
  • Clear business end-use for the OD

Business Gold Loan

  • Acceptable gold as per lender valuation
  • KYC of the pledgor
  • Business context if the product requires it

Term & expansion

MSME Business Loan

  • Udyam / MSME registration preferred
  • Generally 1–3 years of operations with verifiable sales
  • GST returns and banking in the business name (as applicable)
  • Promoters with a workable bureau and no recent serious defaults
  • Clear end-use and repayment from business income

Machinery & Equipment Loan

  • MSME in manufacturing, processing or asset-heavy services
  • Clear end-use and viable contribution
  • Ability to install, insure and operate the asset

Commercial Vehicle Loan

  • Business use of the vehicle
  • Experience or a viable deployment plan
  • Contribution / margin as per policy

Project & Expansion Loan

  • Promoter experience in the same or related line
  • Contribution as per project policy
  • Land/lease and approvals in reasonable order

Property-backed

Loan Against Property (LAP)

  • Clear, marketable title in acceptable names
  • Business or self-employed income to service EMI
  • Property in a lender-approved location and construction type
  • LTV within policy after valuation

Shop & Commercial Property Loan

  • Viable MSME income
  • Clear commercial title and permitted use
  • Margin as per commercial LTV

Collateral-light

Collateral-Free MSME Loan (CGTMSE)

  • Eligible micro / small enterprise as per current scheme
  • Viable model and acceptable promoter profile
  • Activity not in an excluded list

Unsecured Business Loan

  • Documented business income (GST / ITR as applicable)
  • Vintage as per lender (often 1–3 years)
  • Bureau within policy; no recent serious defaults
  • Clear end-use that fits a term EMI

Government schemes

Women Entrepreneur MSME Loan

  • Woman promoter as required by the chosen product / scheme
  • Viable MSME activity with repayable cash flow
  • Current scheme rules if Stand-Up India or similar is used
  • KYC, Udyam and banking in order

PMEGP Loan

  • As per current PMEGP / implementing agency rules
  • Eligible activity and location
  • Own contribution and a workable project
  • Applicant profile that the bank can underwrite

Stand-Up India Loan

  • As per current Stand-Up India / bank circulars
  • Greenfield unit — not a rename of an existing business
  • Eligible borrower category and a viable project
  • SC / ST or woman borrower as the scheme defines

Trade finance

Bank Guarantee & Letter of Credit

  • Genuine tender, contract or trade need that requires BG/LC
  • WC relationship or security as per the issuing bank
  • GST and banking in the firm name
  • Promoter KYC and bureau within bank norms

Export Packing Credit (PC / PCFC)

  • Valid IEC and genuine export activity
  • Order / LC that the bank accepts
  • GST and banking of the exporter
  • Past performance or promoter export experience as asked

Supply Chain / Channel Finance

  • Identified principal / OEM / buyer
  • GST trail of supplies to that channel
  • Dealership or vendor code as applicable
  • Promoter KYC and workable bureau

Takeover & top-up

LAP Top-up

  • Satisfactory repayment track on the existing LAP
  • Surplus as per current LTV and valuation
  • Income to support the higher EMI

MSME Top-up Loan

  • Existing facility with satisfactory conduct
  • Demonstrated additional business need
  • Security / DP surplus as applicable

Business Loan Balance Transfer

  • Existing loan with acceptable track
  • Security that the new lender can take over
  • Income still adequate for the new EMI
